He has over 3 decades of market leading experience in water treatment (for municipal & industrial users), commercial real estate, and infrastructure. Mr. Singhal holds a master’s degree in Management from the University of Mumbai & also holds 2nd level of CA from Mumbai.
He has participated in the development, construction, management, leasing, and financing of numerous high profile projects.
He specializes in project finance and foreign direct investment.
